MPICao2010 - 80 Arabidopsis thaliana accessions

As the pilot of 1001 genomes project, we sequenced complete genome of 80 Arabidopsis thaliana accessions selected from 8 regions across Eurasia with paired end Illumina short reads. For more information on this project please visit the 1001 Genomes Project website.

This instance allows access to SNPs, small indels, structural variant indels and inversions, and highly diverged regions (HDRs). Please select the adequate entry in the menu Polymorphism Tools.
POLYMORPH reports are coupled with a GBrowse to visualize the focal locus or you can start browsing here.

The raw data is released as project MPICao2010 in the 1001 Genomes Data Center and is described in the accompanying README.

We provide this service ahead of publishing POLYMORPH.
